Although I don't have any detailed notes on this, I will say that this was one of the best beer experiences I've had. Thanks to a very generous Chris at Ebenezer's Pub in Lowell, ME, for the opportunity to try this one. A puckering and extremely dry gueuze, mind-blowingly tasty with an absolutely sublime nose. This one also goes down as the oldest beer I've had to date. Just awesome.
