NOTES:
Pours pale yellow, slightly cloudy with a nice two finger white head, no real lacing.
Smells bready/yeasty with a floral and nutty/woody/grassy hop backdrop, tad bit of orangey citrus.
Medium bodied with modest but present carbonation.
Spicy peppery taste up front that mixes with a strong american hop presence (woody/nutty/grassy) and then with a
bit of alchohol warmth as it lingers on the tongue.
Overall a good american interpretaion of the style, better than most i've had which tend to dissapoint. The american hop presence isn't my favorite, but it adds some character to the brew and makes it unique. I wouldn't pass on another bottle of this one.
